Number prices

The price is set per raffle and always shown on the home page before you buy. It varies with the value of the plant being raffled: some weeks it is €0.50, others €1 or €2.

• You can buy as many numbers as you like, while they are available.
• The price is the same for every number in the same raffle.
• All prices include taxes.

Payment methods

• Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard) via a secure payment gateway.
• We never store your card details: the payment gateway handles them directly.
• A number is not yours until payment is confirmed. Until then it stays reserved for 15 minutes.

Shipping

Only the prize is shipped, to the winner. Buying a number involves no shipping.

How the plants travel

• Shipped with a moist root ball, wrapped and secured so they cannot move inside the box.
• Padded box, marked as live plant contents.
• Shipments go out Tuesday to Thursday, so no plant spends a weekend in a warehouse.
• In extreme temperatures (heat waves or frost) we delay the shipment and let you know. The plant comes first.

When your prize arrives

• Open it the same day and water it if the substrate arrives dry.
• A few marked leaves from the journey are normal. It recovers within days.
• If it arrives in bad condition, send us photos within 24 hours of delivery and we will fix it: a replacement plant or a refund of its value.

Prizes and swaps

• The main prize of each raffle is included in the number price, with its value published.
• The winner can swap it for another prize in that raffle's catalogue paying only the value difference.
• Prizes are live plants or seeds: the exact specimen may differ slightly from the photo in size and shape.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Holding the draw

• The winner is decided by the last two digits of the ONCE Cupón Diario on the date published for the raffle.
• All 100 numbers must be sold. If they are not, the raffle is postponed or refunds are given to whoever requests one.
• If that day's ONCE draw is suspended, the next working day's draw is used.
• The result is published on this site and the winner is notified by email.

Refunds

• You can cancel your purchase and get your money back up to 48 hours before the draw date by emailing us.
• Once the draw is held there are no refunds, unless we cancel the raffle.
• If we cancel a raffle, every participant is refunded 100%.
• Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days.

Taking part

• You must be over 18.
• One participant may buy several numbers.
• Your alias is public and must be respectful. We reserve the right to change offensive aliases.
• Your name, address, phone and email are never published.
